Accepted Insurance

The Balance Center accepts medical insurance from almost all major companies. We would be more than happy to check on your eligibility for acupuncture coverage. We accept the following insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company or the Balance Center to check eligibility.

Please call the office if your Insurance Company is not listed, to check eligibility.

NOTE: Please print out the insurance form and use it as a helpful questionnaire when consulting with your insurance provider
on whether you are eligible for acupuncture benefits BEFORE scheduling an appointment; you will need
to show a copy to the receptionist on your first visit.
